Key Estates 5-Year / $25 Service Fee Warranty

Every new home we sell includes this complimentary extended home warranty to help protect against unexpected covered repair costs after move-in.

  • Helps cover major appliances and mechanical systems like heating and air, plumbing, electrical, the water heater, and kitchen appliances
  • Lets homeowners choose their own local repair company instead of being assigned an unfamiliar contractor

MHWC

MHWC 10-Year Full-Coverage HUD Code Warranty

Every new HUD-code home we sell includes this MHWC warranty for added long-term peace of mind and confidence in the quality of the home.

  • 1 year of coverage on workmanship, materials, and selected mechanical systems
  • 10 years of structural coverage on major structural components of the home
  • Written specifically for manufactured housing and backed by an insured national warranty company with decades of experience in the industry
  • Includes a formal dispute resolution process and transferable coverage that may add value if the home is sold in the future
  • Specific terms, responsibilities, and claim procedures are set by the provider
